Default Buying 1994 Honda Civic Hatchback

Hey I am new to this site but I had a couple questions pertaining to this Honda civic i am try to buy.

I went to my local dealership b/c they are selling a 1994 Honda civic hatchback. I am really interested in the car but I was wondering what you guys think the car should be worth. I checked the book and it was listed at retail for about 2.66k so I figured, add the cost of inspection and they are replacing the spark plugs, and the clutch, and possibly a new belt, it would cost about 3.5k.
So what should I pay for this car and what might they ask for it?

White, no power steering, no power windows, the basics, beat up with a dent in the front left bumper. I will post pictures too, and sorry if there is another place for this thread, I couldn't really find it.

yea i wouldnt pay that much if paying cash. look on mautofied.com there are civics on there for 2500 and in real good shape. just look around stay away from stealerships. specially since you are buying cash.
