CAI voids warrenty

RE: CAI voids warrenty
the reality is... your motor gets messed up and they can link it to your aftermarket intake you are screwed, period. Missouri is no different than any other US state. It all comes down to the dealership and how big of a dick they want to be if that ever happens. Now if your strut goes out they wont be able to legally deny you warranty work because of an intake.

Thats true.
But would they be able to link it even if you put the stock airbox and everything back in?
I did that with my old car and they were none the wiser.
They just replaced everything according to warranty, no charge to me for parts, labor, etc.

Yeah, I just spoke with my friend that works at Frank leta Honda. He said that there is no real way to tell if someone installed a CAI or SRI then reinstalled the stock air box, if there was a problem. So they can't prove that something voided your warranty therefore, you're safe with installing it. Good luck!
