i have an 06 ex coupe. currently i just have an intake, but i would like to complete the whole i/h/e system. I was wondering if this will void my warrenty. I found that i/e is ok but i havent heard anything on running a aftermarket header. anyone know??

read your manual. there's a section in there that describes the modding process and how it affects your warranty.
