RE: curious about horsepower
Depending on the miles on your engine, I'll say 102-110. Your car is 14 years old, and a 14 year old enginemight not have the same power that it was rated at 14 years ago.

who cares how much power you have, your car might only be putting out 110 or 115 but if you can beat other cars that you couldnt beat before, then thats enough in my opinion. my 0.02

RE: curious about horsepower
i want to go turbo, but i don't have the cash... i'd rather do turbo than a swap though so it's a possibility. I'm probably going to start saving money soon for it, and i'm not going to get suckered into ebay no-nameturbo kits. There's just a couple things on my list first, like a new exhaust. I want to replace that annoying fart can that the previous owner put on it. I'm thinking either a greddy SP2 or EVO2. I don't want it to be loud when i'm not accelerating... i know the EVO2 is louder, but how much louder is it? Is it quiet when the car is maintaining a constant speed? Are either of the 2 quiet when Not accelerating?

My magnaflow catback is pretty quiet at cruising speeds. It has a deep tone from 2500 to 4000 rpms. It's loudest around 3500 rpms. check out some clips on youtube if you want to hear some sounds.
