Your local craigslist, on forums (here, Honda-tech, clubcivic.com, etc etc), eBay.

He would need a P2P ecu and possibly a OBD2a to OBD2b conversion, right guys? Let's get this man some vtec lovin!

Default is it worht all it?

Would it be better to just put in a D168 engine, or just swap the heads? And aslo, is it worth all of it just for the little bit more HorsePower that I get. such as buying the ECU I need. Is it really worth it?

I believe with a mini-me swap, the compression ratio is actually a tiny bit higher than that of a factory vtec engine, which means a little bit more power. As far as worth is for the extra horsepower, it really depends on what you consider worth it. Most people spend ~$700 on an intake, header, and exhaust, and the real world gain from a combo like that is in the range of 8-10whp. With a mini-me swap, you'll be gaining double that for (probably... it depends on what deals you find, really.) just a little more money. Either way (mini-me or d16y8 swap) I believe you'll want/need to change ecus anyway.

I believe you'll need a P2P ecu. It looks like this:

Glad I could be of assistance

Seriously though, you want the P2P ecu, which came on the 96-00 EX. I've heard you can also use a P28 from a 92-95 Si/EX, but I'm not sure what all is involved with that (the 92-95 being OBD-I and your car being OBD-II, I'm sure it wouldn't just hook up and play nice). I'd just look on ebay for one or see if you can't find someone parting out a 96-00 EX in your area.
