Hey i know to alot of ppl this is a dumb question, even to me it is. Im pretty sure i know the answer but just want to make sure b4 i spend money. Is there anyway to change the vtec setting withOUT a vtec controller? Also do you think a 99-00 si gauge cluster would fit in my 94 civic?
