WTF is this part called.

thanks my ef doesn't have one. I couldn't figure out why there was so much space inbetween the bumper and headlights until is saw some pictures. thanks for the help.

The car in your photo is either not a Civic or it has some wacky body kit on it. If you go to hondaautomotiveparts dot com you can pull up drawings of all the stock parts with their names.

im not positive but i think its the header panel. i know my old crxs front part around the headlights was called.
