'99 civic dash/srs light(s)

Ground the horn wire at the column and the horn should blow. Repeat at the wheel. Horn and brake lights are usually on the same circuit, make sure brake lights work. The factory alarm or any aftermarket alarm are also involved in the horn.

SRS light is of course going to stay on due to no air bag detected.
