Question Overheating or electrical problem

Hello all and thank you in advance,
So this problem is throwing me for a loop. I'm trying to do this DIY but have no idea where to start. This has happened several times in the past 3 months, every time on or just after i got off the highway. My '01 civic gives this shutter, the check engine light comes on and i lose acceleration/ engine power. This last time (today) i got the codes read, I got 5:
-P0116 (ECT Circuit Range or Performance)
-P1188 (EOT Sensor Circuit High Voltage)
-P1189 (EOP Switch Circuit)
-P1250 (Early fuel evaporation heater circuit)
-P1397 (Wheel speed sensor 2 - G sensor circuit low voltage)
The last four of these aren't listed on the OBD site, but i found them on a honda fit forum and figure they are the same.
The temperature gauge is reading about 50%.
Normally the engine idles at 900-1000RPM after this it idles about 400 RPM.
After i let the engine cool down, it runs normally.
When i pull off and stop, the engine sputters sometimes stalling.
Sometimes it will restart normally, sometimes i have to let it sit.
In the past month I have taken it into the dealer to get the timing belt replaced and the fluids flushed, (a) because it needed the maintenance and (b) hoping that would fix it. While they were in there they replaced the water pump.
If anyone has any suggestions as where to start, I would be grateful!!!

Start by replacing the ECT sensor. Whenever there are multiple codes, make note of them then clear the ECU and drive to see which one reoccurs first.
