Default Passenger side seat belt will not move when open or close door on 90 Civic
Have a 90 Civic w/ the passenger seatbelt will not move on the track when you open or close the door. Any ideas as how to fix this, b/c its really unsafe to have anyone ride w/ me in the passenger seat.
