The passenger door lock on my car will not unlock. I can not open the door either from the inside or the outside.

The car did not come with electric door locks, but electric solenoids were installed in the doors when I had an alarm installed when the car was new.

I have had the plastic lock piece break before and was able to open the door and make repairs inside of the door panel. Now I cant even open the door at all.

I believe I may need to change the door lock piece inside the door. Can anyone help me as to how to get this door open?
