Should I buy this car?

Should I buy this car?
Its a 2002 kia sedona for 2100$. It has 115,000 miles on it and the person selling it had no objection to a carfax being run and letting a mechanic inspect it in his shop which seems to tell me that as far as they know there's nothing mechanically wrong with it. they said they are selling it cheaper because it has some minor body damage.
Does anyone have any experience with kia sedonas? Is 115,000 miles too much?
I know this probably doesn't belong in a honda civic forum so feel free to remove this post but i just want some advice since I don't know much about kia sedonas. I'm just trying to find a good minivan. Are they reliable?
i'd prefer a honda odyssey but they're hard to find around here for a decent price.

If they said they'd have a mechanic inspect it, it can't hurt to go have it looked at. You'll still have the option to say no. If it were me though, I'd ask to be present during said inspection, just to insure a thorough job.
As for Kia's reliability at that sort of mileage, I've heard decent things, but keep in mind that's only what I've heard. Every car is different, it all depends on who owned it and how they maintained it. But if everything checks out, that's not a bad price for the mileage.

word of advice:
never buy a pre-2003 hyundai/kia. due to low quality ratings they restructured in 2003 to improve there quality. so after 2003 there quality has been really good, but before 2003 the odds of getting a lemon are incredibly high.

For that low price, I would take a risk on it.
You might get a few months of trouble free use, or you might drive it for a few years.
Worst case scenario, you could junk it and get close to a grand if the engine blows up.
