Default D16Y5 to D16Y8 HEAD SWAP (Mini-me)

okay..this is my first post on the forums and im hoping to get some solid answers...ive been reading all over forums and the net...and i just need some tips on this..

heres what i have:
98 civic hx (d16y5) VTEC-E

heres what i bought:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

what else do i need to get to have a successful head swap done..if you dont know..the ex and hx heads are almost identical..and the reason i am doing this is to get FULL VTEC..so i would like some tips on if maybe i need a new ECU..and if so...which one..and if i need any wires to make it compatible..and such..cams, pistons, etc...this is just going to be a temporary upgrade until i buy my b18c which i am saving up for..

thanks so much
Ricky
