I have a completely stock 2000 Integra LS (has 140 hp, next summer will do a b16 vtec head swap) but for now, I have an Apexi WS2 catback exhaust, HP Racing Cold Air Intake, and Megan header sitting in my room to be installed this week.

A) how much horsepower should I expect to gain from all 3 of these being installed.
B) will I definately notice an increase in power while driving?

 

A) there's no exact number, it depends on a list of factors. motor condition? altitude? with that list, maybe 15whp if you're really lucky
B) yes, you'll notice a difference while driving. the b16 head swap will amplify your boltons performance as well.

 

ok so by this time next summer heres what I all plan on having done to my car. intake, header, exhaust, b16 vetc head swap, intake manifold, throttle body.

A) how much should I expect to gain about with that set up?
B) any other suggestions other than forced induction? because if I decide to turbo my car, wont I either have to upgrade or get rid of all of these mods? eg: i'll need a bigger exhaust.

 

if plan to turbo, the intake and header will be the only useless boltons. with that swap, you'd probably see about 180 hp on a good day with a tune.

 

no joke... dont buy a thing. Save all that money and but a bolt on turbo kit. It will run you about the same and you will get double the power output easily.

 

I know nothing, but isnt there other things you have to do before u just drop a turbo kit in a car?Or can you go straight from stock(lets say 1.6Ldx ) to turbo?
