Default D16Y7 Block and D16Z6 Head

I have done the search on this topic and couldn't find too much on this so i created this Topic. but tel me what your thoughts are on building a hybrid engine such as this. a 96-00 Dx block with a 96-00 Ex head...i know i'd need the head and the ecu for the swap and the throttle body wouldn't hurt either...but tell me if you know anyone that has done this swap. is it worth it, i know i will get V-tec and better horsepower, but besides that what are the stats on this engine. ?!
