worthless man, I don't remember where I read it, but I read an article about how the people that put it on their car think they get better gas mileage because they have it, but in reality, they get better gas mileage because they unconsciously change the way they drive. the key to them being able to sell this and make those claims to gas mileage and HP is :

* Performance level may vary among applications and driving style
