Tie Bar VS. Strut Bar (Strut Tower Bar)
Is there a difference? Or do different people just call them different things?

Strut bars go on the top of the strut towers and tie bars go on the bottom. From what I can figure though, tie bars really don't do a whole lot. Get yourself a good set of sway bars instead.
