Turbo
If it were me, I would not buy it. I would rather invest my money into something I can actually trust.
Think about it man, you'll buy it, it'll break, and you'll be left with a 500 bucks hole in your pocket. Those $500 are a good beginning to save up for something better.

But then I have to know exactly what to get, how to piece it together, and im not that educated about them. As where this kit comes with everything, all I mostly need is the manifold and some to tie up some other loose ends, and will be good. I mean what is your biggest worry about it? I really do like having your opinion because its helping me, but so far i've seen something for 500 dollars that has a 3 year warranty and will get the job done, opposed to something that cost over a thousand dollars, and all I really want is a few psi to push to my engine, nothing serious.
The last thing I want you to do is to waste $500 and then feel like you've been cheated the day it breaks... Never forget, you get what you pay for... You pay $500, you'll get $500 worth of reliability. Yes, there are exceptions, but is it worth risking it? In my eyes, NOTHING I don't completely trust would NEVER go on my car (that is, when I get one
). Because don't forget, a not-properly installed/functioning turbo can damage other things than itself...
But after all, it's all up to you man. If you think it's worth risking it, then I say go for it.

Ben, that "kit" isn't even close to everything you need man.. On top of what you get there, you'll need...
AN Exhaust Mani
Engine Management and someone to tune
Oil line kit with fittings
A downpipe
Air Filter
Miscellaneous bolts and crap
Gauges
Gauge pods
1 step colder spark plugs
etc etc etc...
I don't have much experience with the K20, but if it's anything like the y8, there are lots of preventative things you'll want to pick up too. SUch as a vacuum manifold, a block adaptor for oil sending and pressure readings, etc..
Just so you know that if/when you buy the kit in question, you still have a lot of parts to attain before you're ready

Ben another thing that you HAVE to understand is that if you bought that kit, and only paid $500 for and it broke you would be out $500... but like Meta said plenty of thing can be damaged from a non efficient turbo setup. you could attach that, then have boost leak like crazy, then you would'nt get any power.. or worse, you could have no boost control and then BOOM!!! you are in the market for a new engine... and last i heard K20's are not chhep at all and you would be spending $5000-$6000 instead of just spending $1250-$1500 for a good turbo setup...

Or I buy this for 500 bucks, it serves its purpose, has a 3 year warranty, and I wont ever be able to afford a 1700-3000 kit....

Car goes boom and that $500 just became THOUSANDS. Speaking from experience, save up the money and do it right, or don't do it all. I've seen it done both ways and I wouldn't recommend buying that ebay crap.
It sounds like you have A LOT more reading/researching to do before you buy. Boost is not for everyone.

On top of that, you have a K20.
Kpro and tuning = WAYYY more than you seem to be willing to spend. From what I've been reading there is no simple P28 + crome/uberdata option for Kseries.
Seriously, you have no idea what you're getting into with that engine. It is not going to simply let you boost it and like it. It needs tuning, bigger injectors, etc or you're going to end up blowing it to ****. K20 is definitely not a n00bie boost engine, learn on something less expensive to blow up.
