02 civic LX 1.7 coupe - break light help plz

Default 02 civic LX 1.7 coupe - break light help plz

my rear right break/stop light does not work. lamp isn't the problem, installed a new one, going to check the fuse. anyone know which fuse i should be looking at? I'm a complete newby..

where is the fuse box in a 02 civic LX 1.7 coupe :-S

There is one fuse box under the hood, if you are standing infront of the hood it will be on your left hand side above the battery, it will be a covered plastic box, pop the lid off and on the underside it will tell you what fuse is what. There is also a fuse box under your drivers side dash, below your steering column you'll see a panel with two twist release locks undo those and you'll have access to that panel.

I wish I could be of more help but I do not know which fuse you require off hand, I did a quick look in my Chiltons and didn't see anything about it, but if I find it tomorrow or later this week I'll update you on it.

mine does that occasionaly but just on the passenger side. i just wiggle the wires behind the light until it works
