Being sold used on a user group. I was not actually planning on buying a sub and amp but was wondering if I could score a deal...I only know the very basics when dealing with subs and amps.

So I am wondering if one of you could give me your opinion on how much YOU would pay for this used system

btw, I am building an entry level system, nothing too fancy

He wants 475 but that includes a sony hu (already have a nice hu)

not sure what the Fosgates are, only know its a 12inch and have the picture

It is not worth $475 at all no matter what sub it is.

 

I figured that, would offering a something in the 100-200 price range be reasonable?

 

$175 plus shipping. I can get that amp brand new for around $100 and that sub is atleast 2/3 years old

 

I figured the sub was old...how long do subs usually last? 5-8 years?

 

depends on alot of things, a sub can last a lifetime if it is of good quality and taken care of
