Hello all, I have searched (probably not searching the right keywords) but I just bought this car and the seller told me that since they put the battery in the radio will not power up, I checked the fuse under the dash and it's fine. I'm clueless on typical Honda issues.
Any thoughts?

wont power up at all no matter what buttons you press or does it pop up and say "code"

 

It wouldn’t power up whatsoever. I did some more internet searching and found that I needed to check the “backup” fuse under the hood and sure enough it was blown. Replaced the fuse, retrieved security code and all is well.
