2006 EX Sedan - High to Low Converter for Amp Hookup? (No RCA Output!)
Hey,
Does anybody have any recommendations on getting decent bass out of the stock H/U on a 2006 EX deck? I really want to keep my vehicle in stock appearance and I want the full function of the steering wheel controls, and the direct iPod connection coming in December 2005. If anybody could offer some advice without mentioning the obvious (stock sound sucks - yes, I agree) it would be most appreciated!
I'd like to re-use my existing (fairly new) amp and subwoofer, but my mono amp doesn't have a high input, only the RCA lows. I've thought about a Hi/Low converter, but I've had a crappy experience with these before (about 5 years ago). Have they improved much since, and are there any brand recommendations?
Thanks to anybody who can offer some help!

Thazts about the only thing you can do.. But you can pick up the folowing and your experience will be alot better: Get a Class D Subwoofer Amp with speaker level inputs, prefferably JBL.
ORIGINAL: remington870_20ga
prefferably JBL.
prefferably JBL.
Edit: They're not very expensive either. You can get them for between 100 and 200 if you do it right. How much power are you looking for? If you're looking for just something to beat along with your stock speakers but not be overpowering you might want to look into the Infinity basslink too (sub and amp together). They sound good, small space, high level inputs, basically they're the whole shabang. You could always eBay your old stuff.
