I know there is a hack for the 03-05 Range Rovers but Im sure there is a way to get around it. Give it a little time and allow the aftermarketers to come up with something.

yeah I wanted to know about a navi hack too...but a little bit more complicated issue here.

The Honda uses the same navigation system as the one found in the new Acura's.

The new Navi in my Civic Hybrid 06 has got everything I could ask for, except for bluetooth. Which is something in the Acura's that I would kill for.

My main question here...would there be any way to hack the navigation system and then purchase that extra component bluetooth radio part from Acura and wire it from the back?

I'm willing to shell out 400-500 for this modification, but I really wanted a hybrid and I really want bluetooth too. The car is great for anyone wanting to know, but again, missing my bluetooth.

Any clues fellas?

You could have bought Pioneer's AVIC Z1 (or something like that) its pretty much the same thing, in dash monitor with nav, DVD, outputs (for a ps2 or something) and it has all this other stuff. I was reading that it had some blue tooth thing, u could store songs onto its hard drive and other cool stuff. It prolly costs the same as the option for the nav in you Civic. However, it has a feature that does not allow you to watch DVDs while the car is in motion.

That's an easy fix, it justs checks parking break wire, you just have to wire a permanent positive, but really who needs to watch DVDs while the car is in motion anyways?

If you are traveling with a passanger, especially if its a really long distance, then you might want it. But if you get into an accident and the insurance company/cops find it, your in big trouble.

its ground.............and the newer ones are harder......theyve got a gyro inside em that senses movement and turnd DVD off after 15 mph
