Hey guys I just got my Honda Civic earlier this week its a 2008 Honda Civic Coupe LX Color Black.

Real cool car love the way it drives and the way it looks and I was thinking of adding some interior lighting like above the pedals so that you can have like a blue glow where your feet are. I would like to do the same thing on the passenger side as well. So my question is this... Honda can install that for me cause its one of the accessories you can get for the civic but am I better off doing it from a third party auto shop? Cause im sure Honda will charge me quite a bit of coin for installing the light but maybe im wrong.

Any thoughts? Opinions?

You're better off doing it yourself. It's not difficult. Do a search and you'll find a few threads about wiring. You'll save money that way too.

Thanks guys I appreciate the advice! I am a little timid about doing it myself but it didnt look like I have to do any wire cutting or splicing it seems its just a matter or removing the lids plugging the lights in and putting everything back together... am I right?

Where would I purchase the lights shown in the pdf document? I order them from Honda?
