Default 6*9 choice

hey, ive decided to install 6*9 before my sub, do to budget, but this what im wondering, is it best to stick with same brand speakers as your head unit?, right now i have a sony hu installed and alpine fronts, and it seems to work well, but i saw a nice pair of clarion 6*9 3 way speakers at the local shop thats on sale none the less. Should I buy them? And is clarion a decent brand?

Claiirion is good, people usually stick with one brand cause they prefer a certain brand, or they have had good experience with them, I for one am personal to JVC, my headunit, front 6" and rear 6x9's and ipod headunit adapter are all JVC. but my sub is Kenwood, but i got that before any of the other and have had it for years.

So if you don't really have a preferance then i would say go for it

THE Kenwood is only really a bass cannon, but it performs well. Kenwood makes quality stuff. so i would go with what ever is cheeper or hsa better wattage

I've got some boston's in my rear deck and they compliment the fronts (infinity) nicely.
