I installed a new radio and it worked fine, now all of the sudden I have no sound. Radio still powers on but no sound. I bench tested the radio and it works fine. I was told the factory amp is the cause, is there a factory amp and if so where is it?

i may be wrong here, but i've never heard of a civic factory amp.

 

me neither, and i've taken out many honda radio's... older hondas that is...
