97 rear speakers

I have a 97 ex coupe and im trying to install some rear speakers. I cant figure out how to get them in. Do i have to take off the whole back panel?

yes, you have to take out the bottom seat cushion, then the side coushions, then the c pillare cover thingys then the whole rear deck

that sucks. Is there a way to drop them in from the top?

only by doing all of that.

I might suggest that when you do them you mount them from undernieth to save for if you ever need to swap again.

yea, you have to take out the back seat. watch out with all those hinges and sh**, I was reinstalling the seats & broke off a damn screw inside the hole. Now my back seat is a little loose...thats what i get for rushing it....
