Yes, I bought the original climate control panel for a Civic DX with air. It now has a little "AC" button where before there was a big placeholder.

 

Update: Back from my 13 hour one way trip with two dogs during the day each way. The air blows cold. I needed to readjust the belt tension, but it all seems rather uneventful. If anyone wants help or a whole conversion, let me know.
