I'm having trouble with my alarm, when i lock or unlock the doors it doesn't make a sound, but when i set it off myself it's ear peircing.
My prob is i found ALL the wiring for the alarm and there all connected. so what could possibly be my problem?

im not sure what your alarm is or how you installed it..but on most alarms you can set it to a silet mode were when you lock and unlock you lights flash but it dosnt make any noise..mabey you triggerd it by accident, check your manual how to put it back

 

my uncles car had similiar issue. All he had to do to fix it was punch the buttons on the remote in a certain way to reset it should be in your instructions gluck
