You have a few options.

1. You can buy an amp that has a built in signal output, for example your high amp might have an RCA input, and an RCA output, to string a 2nd amp to it without running additional cables.

2. You can have a deck that offers multiple RCA hookups, i.e. a Front and Rear, or F/R/sub output, and run two cables, 1 to your subs, 1 to your highs.

3. You can use your deck with a single output, run 1 RCA, and connect some gold plated Y connectors to the end of that RCA line, effectively creating 2 output "female" connector ends on each single Male lead. Then you can hook 1 short RCA from 1 of your new female connections to 1 amp, and the leftover 2 female connectors can run to your other amp.

the Y connectors can be picked up at just about any home repair store, or radio shack, or even wal-mart around the electronics section. They are about 4 bucks each, 8 total for your setup.
