Default blinker, switching to LED caused super-fast blinking?

So i bought some LED bulbs for my taillights, installed them and now both the front and rear blinkers blink abnormally fast. The emergency lights blink normally.. What the flip bro? I saw a newer Cadillacs lights doing the sane thing

LEDs have significantly less resistance than standard incandesent bulbs. Less resistance = faster blinky.
You can buy LED bulbs with integrated resistors or put an appropriate resistor in series in the circuit.

Just adding my $0.02 here. I did the LED signal conversion on mine. There is a special flasher relay you can buy online to replace your stock one so you won't have to add inline resistors for every bulb.

Buy the LED specific relay, the resistors get hot enough to melt plastic.
