Question Can you identify this aftermarket bluetooth unit?

I bought a used 2007 civic with this little addition to the left of the steering wheel. I'm pretty sure it's a bluetooth control and I'd really like to be able to pair my phone with it. The car lot didn't know anything about it.

The top button has an icon of a phone handset, the bottom button has a hash mark of some kind. And there is a blue LED in the middle.

I've trying every combination of pushing and holding down the buttons. If I hold down the lower button, the blue LED stops blinking. Otherwise I can't do anything with this thing. My phone can only recognize it intermittently.

I'm hoping that someone recognizes this device so I can look up the product manual online. Thanks for your help!

You should be trying to pair it while the blue light is blinking, if you already tried that and it doesn't work then I don't know sorry.
