Check that you still have the plug for the stock radio in your car (stock radio still installed, or no one has cut the wires installing the last aftermarket radio). If that's the case you just buy a harness adapter like the others said and splice it to the wires on your new radio. It will come with instructions to match up the wires, mostly they are standard colors. Then go out to the car and literally plug and play.

if the plug has been cut then this should help. don't hold me accountable if something messes up, you should always test your wires before connecting them, but this is what the Tech sheet at work says.
Constant 12V+: White/Blue
Ignition 12V+: Yellow/Red
Ground: Black
Car Radio Illumination: Red/Black
Left Front Speaker(+): Blue/Green
Left Front Speaker (-): Gray/Black
Right Front Speaker (+): Red/Green
Right Front Speaker (-): Brown/Black
Left Rear Speaker (+): Blue/Yellow
Left Rear Speaker (-): Gray/White
Right Rear Speaker (+): Red/Yellow
Right Rear Speaker (-): Brown/White
Constant 12V+: White/Blue
Ignition 12V+: Yellow/Red
Ground: Black
Car Radio Illumination: Red/Black
Left Front Speaker(+): Blue/Green
Left Front Speaker (-): Gray/Black
Right Front Speaker (+): Red/Green
