yesterday i finally installed my clarion indash dvdplayer ionstalled andi love it, ill try to get pics up sometime 2day, but iwas curious what is the best way to maintain the touch screen's reliability, someone told me to use a pda pen when touchign the screen

is it the flip out or double din?

but either way to keep the unit in its best condition DEFINATLY BUY A SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!!!!!

they are preaty cheap... and keep the screen from geting scratched up and dirty!
and lets face it... anything your gonna touch ALOT a screen protector is a very good idea!

i plan on buying my alpine double din dvd touch screen unit as soon as my tax check shows up in my account


and i should say when you put the screen protector on it will look crapy for a few days.... but after alittle while all the bubles or white spots will go away and look like its not even thier!
i got one on my camera and it works great! still not scratched and a clear picture..

yea i got the single din clarion unit, and love it, video quality and sound quality is excellent!!, and i deff will look into a screen protector i never even knew they had those

thats who i ordered mine thru..
it says its been shiped already... well id asume its just packed up and ready to be sent out tomorow....
just type in your model and see if hes got it... im sure he would cause its the same film just cut to exact size for your unit..

yea hes got it and r u sure that the bubbles that come on the screen at first will disappear after a few days?

oh and since their is an extra layer on the touch screen will i have 2 press harder to access the options on the screen ??

well im not positive... cause my camera isnt touch screen.... i just bought my protector and ipod cable for my alpine... now i just have to order the video bypass and the radio itself.LMFAO

o ya also the bubbles are realy preaty small and more or less just looks cloudy for alittle bit.....
