i have a set of focals 6.5 i am trying to put in my 94 civic ex. they don't fit in the stock speaker baskets
what should do cut out the plastic

 

where are you trying to put them?

 

im going to assume u want to put them upfront in which case u cut the back of the stock speakerbasket out or amazingly my polk momos came with a new basket that screwed right into the factorty nylon screw inserts, so check if ur speakers came with a new basket u might get lucky
