Default DIY VTEC LIGHT

THIS DIY IS TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE VTEC ON YOUR CAR KICKS IN

THINGS YOU WILL NEED:

1. L.E.D. (doesnt matter what color or size but i used a small one)
2. Cordless drill and a appropriate size drill bit
3. You will need some wire one for the hot and one for the ground
4. Soldering gun
5. You will also need to splice in to a wire so you will need a clip to do this

Okay you will need to find a place in the dash that you want to mount your light(i chose a extra space in the center console but its all up to you) then drill a hole just big enough for light to fit if possible try to find a L.E.D that has the clips so it will kinda lock it when you push it in.

you will need to solder the two wires to the L.E.D

Make sure that you have enough wire to run the hot to a green wire with a yellow strip running out of your ECU. Tap in that wire with hot wire from the L.E.D.

Then put your ground running from the L.E.D to ground spot close to where you want the L.E.D. Push the L.E.D into place you will here a click when its all the way in.Then you just have to get in your car cruise down the road kick it the light should come on somewhere between 4500 and 5500 RPMs depending on the car. This will work on Vtec engine of any year

TRY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK I AM NOT RESPONSBILE FOR YOUR MISTAKES IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS PM ME I WILL POST PICS OF THIS ASAP
