EK4 Navi Systems??

Anyone ever have experience with one of the CTR stock navigation system? or know if dealers sell them at reasonable cost.. i was wanting to actually convert my dash to the 99-00 style cluster to install an aftermarket GPS and seen a few while looking through some ebay items..

Alpine or eclipse has double din full touch screen units with a stow-away GPS dvd-rom player.
