found something that might make me really happy
i just saw this website carrying in dash reciever kits for my car

if you notice the one on the top, it is made to fit radios with the screens, after cutting away the strip in the middle. does anyone think this will work? what kind of radio screen will fit in there?

well if you do think about a double din radio screen then take out your factory radio and such first and measure everything!
you never know if the bottom half or what ever half isnt deep enough to fit the large square radio....
if not just get a flip out radio,screen.

Measure the depth and make sure that both "levels" will fit.
Not all touchscreen/dvd players are double din.
Alot of them are actually single din and they have the screen which comes out and pops up.
Those are the same size as a regular radio.
