I've seen some that look better and are cheaper on eBay. But that's only on opinion. Are you asking about quality, looks, or both?

Well, I would suggest no matter where you get them, reseal them before you install them. Aftermarket headlights are infamous for not being sealed properly and then they fog up. I would say that quality it quite relative when it comes to aftermarket headlights. The only major problems they have are bad seals so if you reseal them you'll be just fine. Just find some that look nice.
