hey I am looking for some Halo blacked out headlights and I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas and if so if the headlights usually come with the bulbs or not

 

They almost always come with bulbs. They are crappy bulbs though, I would recommend upgrading them to some nicer halogen bulbs.

When you say blacked out, do you mean the housing black, or the lens being blacked out?

i dont know the difference . and i wont the bulbs to be HIDs would that just be where your yellow bulbs are

 

He is saying do you want to have the inside (housing) to be black and the lens to be clear? Or do you want the lens itself tinted black (most likely illegal). Reaper's mustang has the tinted lenses, I have the black housings. Check the sig. Not the best pic, but you get the point.

 

If you get black projector halo's like I have there pretty black looking already with out actually "blacking them out". Just look at my sig these are my black halos that I paid only 134.00. Mine did come with light bulbs, but yes crap. You can find nice HID kits anywhere tho.
