I have an 05 Manual Civic Si that I am looking to place an aftermarket deck into.
I have done this solo in the past, but on my mid 90's Ford, significantly older and easier.

In BB they have a Dynex Honda/Acura install kit that lists the compatible models as on 05 Civic SE. Is this stereo between the SE to an Si significantly different to where this kit will not work? Not only do I not want to but the wrong product, but I definitely do not want to take apart my dash to realize I have the wrong kit.

The model number on the Dynex kit is dx-h1110 if that is of any help.

 

I think SE is "special edition", which is probably something like a DX with extra options. The EP3 (02-05 Si) has a unique dash so I don't that it's the same kit.
