i tested them both by hooking them both to the neg and pos. on the battery and they light up fine, but when i try to connect them to the stock harness they flickr for about a second like they want to light up but they dont, any more ideas ??

dito... if they work fine on the battery its just your headlight harness isnt getting enough power to them, tho they have worked fine for me on both my civics...
but here ya go buy this and slap it on. very simple!

if you have bixenon hids they be sure to buy the bixenon wiring kit.

now i cannt say which kit is the best... your judge for yourself with there feedback.
OR if you want to make your own you can with a inline fuse some wire, a relay and afew wire terminals....
tho making it yourself will cost more money than those since they buy in bulk...... so might as well just buy a built kit which should work with ease...
