Installing an Xbox 360
I have a 2001 Honda Civic LX
I installed this unit into my car about a week ago.
http://www.kenwoodusa.com/Car_Entert..._Video/KVT-512
It has Standard AV Plugs that I will plug the video and audio cables into from the 360.
I have already decided I was gonna put the 360 under the passenger side Seat. I bought custom brackets from a buddy that would not only keep the 360 in place but it also places metal under the 360 so that it would not overheat being that it would have been directly on top of carpet otherwise.
I wired the power cable simply under the seat and place matt and then through a pop-out area next to the Cigarette Receptacle and will be running a 750watt power inverter straight from the battery that I would plug the 360 into.
I will post pictures when Im done.
Anything I need to worry about though? Should I not leave it on for more than a certain amount of time? I heard it could fry the cables or something from some people.

Not many people on here have done that sort of thing, so its cool to see something like this.
The air recirculation intakes are under the seats, so you should be good on ventilation.
With that big of an inverter, or with anything that's going to draw a lot of power from the battery, you might want to think about investing in a better battery, like an Optima Yellow Top.

That looks to be about the right price. They're a little expensive, but good for this kind of application.
Before you buy one, you might run your setup for awhile and see if you have any power problems. Do you also have any audio stuff in the car?
