Default instrument bulbs

allright guys i just noticed that some of my bulbs in my instrument panel are burned out. so i was wondering where i could get some? i also would maybe like them to be blue. i saw addictions DIY on this instrument panel glow and really like it but i dont have the money to do that right now. i was wondering if you can get the bulbs at any parts store? i also noticed when i looked on the back of my panel there are bulbs that allready have a blue cover on them but they dont show up blue when lit up. the local pepboys have these blue like covers that might fit over my existing bulbs that might give me a blue glow. what kind of bulbs do i need to get? i have a 89 honda civic si

The really small cluster bulbs can be a pain to find, but any local auto store can order them if they dont have them in stock. I know the stock bulbs on my civic had blue covers on them. Its not a very blue color but it looks nice.
