Default JBL GT4-12

i've got one JBL GT4-12 subwoofer (250 Watts RMS - max). Does anyone else have one of these? Are they any good?? I haven't got an amp yet, so not been able to test it out.

Also, if you have got one of these, or even if not.... anyone got any suggestions for a decent amp that will pump this sub? I've got an 05 civic SE and the speakers sound great already, so i doubt i'd need to get sum 6x9's or tweeters... so i could use a class D amp i guess.

What sort of amp should i look for then? Somethin that has peak RMS output of around 200 watts? And... multi-channel or class D?

Cheers in advance....

Adnan

Also... any one know what sort of wiring kit i'd need for this amp/subwoofer setup.

Would 8 AWG power lead for the amp be good enough?
