As the subject suggests I'm looking for help with stereo equipment.

I'm looking to ease into customizing my first Honda (2007Civic Coupe EX w/ Nav)with a few minor interior changes. Nothing major, I'm looking to almost duplicate a look that I foundin this picturehttp://www.polkadotboxers.com/images/06eurocivic.png*. The sport pedals and blue ambient lighting aren't much of a problem but I know nothing about stereo equipment. My car came with the 350-Watt Premium Audio System with 7 Speakers (& subwoofer). The stereo sounds fine but I'd like to replace the speakers in the door with speakers that cast a similar blue glow as that in the picture. Does anyone have any good information that I can read? Or know of speakers that look this way?

i have never seen a speaker with a built in light but if u got to streetglows website or someplace similiar i bet they sell neon rings to put around your speakers or you ould just buy leds and have them shine on your speakers from inside the door panel, regardless of what way u go good luck pulling wires through the molex plug on the door

 

id just like to add that i saw a speaker that lit up like that one problem....its a dual, watch out walmart here we come yee-haw!

Look like a reflection to me. Anyways Hifonics makes them. I could rather glass that section of the door with some plexi around the outside of the speaker and put neons under it.

 

thats not a light up speaker. thats reflection from the interior lighting. Stay the hell away from light up speakers!!! I worked at a stereo shop and have NEVER seen a quality light up speaker.
