Default looking for new antenna

looking for a new antenna to replace my stock 92 civic lx's one. preferably i woudl want an in car mounted, or roof/trunk mounted one?

anyone know of any good ones?

i was looking for something compact, like on volkswagons or bmws and such, nothign expensive, just tiny

Well, I dont think Ive seen any of those for band radio. Those "shark fin" style antennas are strictly xm and sirius satelite radio. Those BMW's and VW's and VO-VO's all have glass mounted antennas... sure you dont see it but literally the WHOLE windsheild acts as one. As is my '00 civic is glass mounted. They do have fake shark fins out there if you want that. But the real deal isnt cheap. Sorry.

I think JC Whitney had a glass mount kit. Of course that means you're still going to have a big hole at the top of your A pillar where the OE antenna went.

Go to an independant stereo shop in your area and pick their brains. They might have just the solution you are looking for.
