Default Navi Install

So I just got back from the electronics store where they installed my Navigation...... IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I basically just payed $250 for nothing!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! why is it that i have such bad luck with things for my car???? I just hope pioneer will honor their warranty even though i bought it open boxed at the store.... On a decent not, the install place that i went to told me that they would give me a free install when i get the crap fixed....

Yeah, what doesn't work about it? If it doesn't even try to turn on I'd have them check all your connections and everything. If it turns on but is just all f'ed up, have Pioneer send you a new one.

well the owner of the install place told me to give him the unit so he could send it in to Pioneer for me. Hes going to say he got a defective unit, then he's gonna reinstall it for me....

here's a picture of the nav unit. Pioneer AVIC-D1
