Need help with honda civic 2001 aftermarket cd player install

I am a newbie and don't know how to pull out the original cassette unit and also how to install my new cd player.

Just wanna do it myself in order to learn and I google for 2 hours, still, i cannot find any good instructions.

Any one could give me seveal pieces of advice ?

Found that using that special "search" option
You might find it up there underneath the "HondaCivicForum.com" banner
it's between "calendars" and "contact us"
