Default New 2007 Honda Civic EX Sedan and audio

Hi everyone, I am new here and this is my first post! I purchased a 07' Civic EX Sedan and was wondering about the options for upgrading the radio. I notice that the A/C controls and the radio seem to form together. Is there a dash kit available to use if I want to say install an Alpine Receiver etc.

Thanks for any and all help.

they make one but it looks bad because the corners dont line up right ive but about a dozen radios in the new civics and the only time it looks good is when you go buy the factory honda nav dash kit and do a double din or adapt a double din kit into the kit because then at least the countours and corners all line up

That sucks. My question is this. I want to replace the crappy factory speakers with some nice Kenwood or Alpine Component speakers (6.5") front and rear and add a nice 4-channel amp. I wonder if this is possible and still use the factory radio. I have the regualr radio not the Navigation radio. Would you know if this is possible?

yeah of course, just go find yourself a 4-channel line out converter, they should run no more than 50, basicaly you tap into your speaker wire amd it converts it to rca level audio
